top mlmGetting to the top in your MLM can sometimes feel as though you are climbing a mountain. You can see the size of the thing in front of you even before you start out on your journey, you plan your route and gather your supplies and the first few steps are nothing short of exhilarating.

Life looks good and the future looks even better each time you study your company compensation plan and talk to yourself in the mirror about how great the products are and how better you feel for using them. Life at the top looks pretty good and you’re sure it will live up to the dream as soon as you get there.

But after a while, you begin to tire and the MLM summit seems to get further and further away with each step you take. As you start to struggle on the air gets thinner and you begin to ask yourself if you have what it takes to make it to the top. That voice you’ve carried on your back for so long seems louder and heavier and you wonder if it’s time to give up and forget all about it.

But don’t be fooled by some of the hype you hear out there online; network marketing is hard work and success doesn’t come easily.

Face facts, the multi-level business plan is not designed for instant success so any talk of immediate incomes should be put to one side if you are really setting your sights on long term goals and financial freedom.   2. Prospect – don’t forget to talk to people, every day, every week and every month and ask them to take a look at what you are doing. If you don’t ask, you don’t get!
  3. Present – make appointments with people on your list and show them your company presentation. This can be done in different ways, both online and off but it all comes down to one thing; you talking to your prospect!
  4. Develop leadership – work with those in your team who have put their hand up and asked for your support and shown they are prepared to do what is needed to bring in new business builders and customers. MLM is all about leverage and the sooner you realise this the better. Develop five strong leaders who you can teach to do the same and you will have a life changing income in 24 to 36 months time.
  5. Celebrate your successes – remember this is a business you have chosen to build and when it starts to feel like a job you need to take stock and re-evaluate what you are doing. When one of your team reaches a new height make a point to recognise them and reward them for their efforts. This is a people business and you need stronggetting-to-the-top-mlm people who feel valued to get the best from your business.
