Network Marketing Lifestyles | Is Your MLM Looking The Way It Should?
Were you lured into network marketing with dreams of living a lavish lifestyle filled with fast cars, big houses, fine food, exotic beaches and hours and hours of leisure time to do with as you please? Perhaps your sponsor told you it was easy, simple and required little to no real effort and that all you would ever taste was the sweet smell of success. Now you find yourself looking at a whole different picture than the one promised to you and that lavish lifestyle looks a long way down the network marketing road.
A lot of people are sponsored, recruited or lured into network marketing with visions of lavish lifestyle that involved all of the above and a lot more; cool cars, sandy beaches, endless vacations and beautiful homes with more rooms than you could ever swing a cat in! (Not that I’m a believer in swinging cats before anyone asks…
… But then reality sunk in. Well…in case you hadn’t noticed, easy rides don’t come along too often in life. You bought your start up kit, perhaps purchased some inventory, and now it’s sitting in the hall closet or the garage and you’re still grinding away at your day job, with no hope of retiring to or even visiting the Caribbean any time soon. If that sounds like you, this article might just give you the push you need to get off your ass and back on track building your network marketing empire and the life you’re looking for
Visualization is a powerful technique and one which can really help you to reach your goals and get the things you want from life and out of your business. A lot of successful people swear by visualizing success and many of the top earners in MLM apply this one technique to keep their goals, dreams and desires firmly fixed in their minds eye.
If you can see it in your mind, it’s more likely to happen; it’s that simple!
Whether your goal is to live by the sea, or simply pay off the mortgage on your current home, you need to visualize these goals claerly. See them happening in your head. Create your own version of success in the same way you would build stepping stones across a river when you were a small child.
Properly visualizing your new lifestyle requires specifics. You can’t just say, “I want to retire to the Caribbean.” You need to say to yourself, “I wish to purchase a four bedroom bungalow in a secluded area of St Maartin in the Virgin Islands”.
Visualizing is not daydreaming. It is creating a clear picture in your mind of what success looks like to you. It’s one step beyond goal setting. Once you have your networking marketing lifestyle mapped out in your head, you should write down your specific goals, so that you can refer to them whenever you need a pick me up or a kick up the behind.
By seeing your goals on paper and seeing yourself achieving these goals in your mind, you’ll begin to believe it can happen. Once you believe this lifestyle can happen and can be yours, you’ll be motivated to keep pushing your network marketing business forward even when the going gets tough.
Making money with your network marketing company takes work and a lot of it. You can have a clear vision in your head of your ideal lifestyle, but it won’t be worth anything until you hit the ground, start running and put in the kind of
work that’s needed to build your business. Work and visualizing go hand in hand. The vision motivates the work, and the work makes the vision come to life.
So many network marketers fail in their first year because they thought those original stories of cars and vacations were attainable in very little time with very little effort. They bought into the dream and not the work ethic. They fail to understand that building a successful network can take years of working 20 plus hours per week.
But as the old saying goes, you reap what you sow in life and network marketing is no different. The people who spend the time planting and sowing as many seeds as possible, and properly nurturing those seeds to help them grow, will have the biggest harvest. They will be the ones who get to drive the fast cars and take the exotic vacations and live the dream with a fulfilled network marketing lifestyles.

Yo Neil,
Great post! Thanks for sharing. I like it when you said, “Work and visualizing go hand in hand. The vision motivates the work, and the work makes the vision come to life.” So true. It takes hard-work to achieve your goals in this industry. But the best part is that it is learnable and it wont take you that long if you really put the work into action. Thanks again.

Consistency pays off, no doubt about it, but it takes a vision. if you have a vision of where you want to be in five years, it will keep you going but if you are only after a quick buck, you will never last.
WAHM’s Site – very true. With no vision there is no success.
Really enjoyed this blog post. Thanks Again. Want more.
